First 5 Minutes offers Live Web-Based Training
Providing the same interactive learning experience as our traditional in-person training, our Consultants can broadcast training programs live to any device connected to the internet, similar to a video conference. Negating the need to have everyone in the one place at the same time.
Web-based Training options
All training programs are delivered by our team of experts who hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
There is a choice of over 15 Web-Based Training programs to select. Some include:
Hostage/Lockdown/Active Threat Response
This program will equip people with the skills required to quickly assess the type and severity of a threat, and to respond appropriately. Help your employees and building occupants to be prepared for hostage and threat incidents, provide them with practical skills and procedures to help maximise their chances of coming out of the situation unharmed.
Suspicious Package Handling
Mail-based threats can be received with no warning or communication from the sender. It is essential that staff members know what to do when a ‘suspicious package’ is received. Having suspicious mail handling procedures in place for such cases is crucial to minimise the impact the threat presents to the facility and its occupants.
Personal Threat Response
Its an employers responsibility to make sure staff are fully prepared to manage workplace aggression and violence safely. We provide aggressive behaviour management training to help minimise the impact of personal threats − both in terms of your employee’s physical and emotional well being as well as lost time and productivity.
Self Paced Online Training
SPOT is our Self Paced Online Training platform that allows users to access their assigned courses at any time. Courses range from Chief Warden, Warden, Emergency Skills Procedures to General Occupant Training. The portal has been built to capture user activity for reporting and compliance purposes. A certificate is issued upon course completion.
Live Web-Based Training
Our consultants broadcast training live via Zoom or Teams, providing the same interactive learning experience as our traditional in-person events. Training can be completed anywhere, negating the need to have everyone in the one place at the same time.
