Reporting to the CEO you will join a motivated, highly skilled and fun team of business leaders.

Your objective will be to establish & maintain a F5M Professional Development Program designed to enhance business performance by driving the ongoing development of its people. You are to ensure that F5M training is recognized as the benchmark for the best evacuation and workplace training available.

You are mature, credible and comfortable in communicating & working with staff and management at all levels, you are keen for new experiences & interested in facilitating innovative and productive change.
 
To be the successful candidate you will possess the following skills and experience:
 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a facilitation and training role
  • Experience in developing and introducing innovative training programs
  • Enjoy facilitation of L&D programs
  • Good understanding of adult learning principles
  • Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualified

Workplace Emergency Response Trainer

First 5 Minutes is one of Australia’s leading providers of fire and emergency response procedures and training

and offers accreditation in the PUA WER series in conjunction with the Group's Registered Training Organisation.
We have a new position in our Melbourne CBD based Victoria State office for an experienced trainer to deliver

specialist training in fire and emergency response procedures to building Emergency Control Organisations in

Victoria and Tasmania.

If you are able to clearly demonstrate the following attributes, we would like to hear from you:

  • experience with emergency response training and procedures
  • a strong track record in training
  • the ability to deliver training with flair and enthusiasm
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • highly organised and self motivated
  • well developed PC skills

A Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, a current driver licence and your own vehicle are essential minimum prerequisites for this role.Ideally you will have a training background in emergency services or OH&S. Formal Fire Technology qualifications will be highly regarded. The successful applicant will be involved in a comprehensive induction program including all of the First 5 Minutes training processes.

This externally focused sales role will be the primary driver of business development to underpin our leading market position. Reporting to the Regional Manager you will join a motivated, highly skilled and respected team servicing the Victoria and Tasmania markets.

Your objective will be to actively sell our professional services to property owners and managers and to maintain relationships and servicing requirements of current clients. Our suite of services and reputation are well known and highly regarded within our target markets.

You will be an experienced sales professional in the services sector, with high levels of credibility and will be

comfortable in dealing with clients at all levels. Achieving results will be your key focus and you will be a driven sales professional with a ‘can do’ attitude.
 
The successful candidate will need to clearly demonstrate the following attributes:
 
A strong track record as a sales professional in a service industry

  • Ability to build positive relationships with key clients
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Tertiary qualified
  • Some property industry experience will be an advantage but not essential
  • Victoria Driver licence and your own motor vehicle
  • Well developed computer literacy
